Speed Crews User Agreement

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the App.
• If you are under 18, you must have parental/guardian consent.

2. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree not to impersonate others or provide false or misleading information.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Upload, share, or promote content that is abusive, hateful, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or infringing upon intellectual property rights.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App’s operation.

4. User-Generated Content

• You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g., photos, videos, posts, comments).
• By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App for the purpose of operating and promoting the community.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, designs, and platform features belong to us or our licensors.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our App or content without prior written permission.
• Unauthorized commercial use of other users’ content (e.g., photos) is prohibited unless you have explicit consent from the content owner.

6. Events, Meetups & Community Activities

• The App may allow users to create, promote, or participate in events (e.g., car meets, photography sessions).
• Participation in such activities is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.
• We do not organize, supervise, or guarantee the safety of any user-generated event.
• We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, damages, or disputes that occur during such activities.

7. Disclaimers

• The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free access.
• We are not responsible for user-generated content, third-party links, or interactions between users.

8. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, participation in events, or reliance on user-generated content.

9. Termination

• We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• You may delete your account at any time through raising a request toadmin@speedcrews.com.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan.
• Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or the courts of ShihLin, Taipei.

11. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
